HRX HUB (Legal Name), commonly known as 'HRX': Is a name inspired by the mathematical concept of “X” – where ‘HR’ denotes Human Resources; while “X” signifies the wide range of services that offer to professionals and businesses such as consultancy, training, and outsourcing. 
Additionally, HR also indicates the initials of the name of the founder; while “X” symbolizes the attachment and unity with his partners, colleagues, and internal and external stakeholders – and, illustrates the collaborative spirit, shared vision, and strong professional bonds.

Md. Hasibur Rahman
Chief HR Consultant & Trainer
Mr. Md. Hasibur Rahman, is serving as the Chief HR Consultant & Trainer at HRX. With over a decade of experience in Recruitment, Business Process Outsourcing, and Learning Consultancy, he has served numerous local and international clients across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, finance, and education. Before founding HRX in 2022, he worked with several top consultancy and BPO firms (Including Big4) — supporting MNCs, local organizations, and UK-based companies in the talent acquisition, payroll, accounting and audit, process development, and remote operations. He holds a background in Strategic Management and Leadership and is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the UK.

Chief Talent Acquisition Consultant
Ms. Suraia Akter Juthy, is serving as the Chief Talent Acquisition Consultant at HRX. She has brought with her a dynamic background, a strategic mindset, and a deep passion for creating impact. Prior to joining HRX, she spent 7 years supporting both local and multinational clients in Talent Acquisition, successfully placing entry-level to C-suite professionals across a wide range of industries. She has started her career with an Apprenticeship Program at Grameenphone. Earlier to that she has earned her Bachelor’s degree from Southeast University; and later completed her Master’s degree from Bangladesh University of Professionals.
